1. WILDE Protein Chips Sea Salt and Vinegar

"They have a high protein aisle here in the personal care section at Target," she said, adding: "these here high-protein chips are perfect for weight loss and have 13 grams of protein." They are also gluten-free and crafted from chicken breast, chicken bone broth and egg whites.

2. Oikos Pro Vanilla Greek Yogurt

The heath expert noted that you can also pick up a 32 oz container of Oikos Pro yogurt at Target for $7.99. She explained that it's great for weight loss as it contains "23 grams of protein" and that you can add "frozen berries, some low-carb granola and it's literally the perfect dessert."

3. Good & Gather Charcuterie / Quick Bites

Need a healthy snack on the go? Wendolyne recommends Target's Good & Gather "charcuterie board-on-the-go" for about $3.99 each. Some have just cheese and almonds, while other options have "meat and olives full of healthy fats that will keep you satiated throughout the day," she adds.

4. Mid-Day Squares Cookie Dough Superfood Bar

If you have a sweet tooth and are on a weight loss journey, Wendolyne suggests giving these $2.69 Mid-Day Squares Cookie Dough Superfood Bars a try. If you find these at Target, grab them, they're absolutely amazing and actually have high protein but they taste just like dessert." She added that they have "super clean ingredients and are super delicious."

5. Magic Spoon Blueberry Muffin Keto and Grain Free Cereal

Last but not least, Wendolyne advised getting this $10.99 cereal that has "13 grams of protein and only 150 calories per cup." She explained: "I feel like it's a great snack and it could be a dessert, it really just depends on when you like cereal, but I can have it any time of day.
