In an oven-safe dish, combine 6 cups of broccoli and 1.5 pounds of chopped chicken. In a blender, blend 1 1/3 cups of cottage cheese, 1/2 cup of whipped cream cheese, and 1/4 cup of 2% milk until smooth. Pour this mixture over the broccoli and chicken, then season with garlic, salt, and pepper, mixing everything well. For the toppings, add 1 sliced jalapeño, four chopped bacon slices, and 1/4 cup of shredded cheese.
Now, it’s time to bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Once your timer is done, you can take out the casserole and serve!
