New month, new Netflix movies! (Same pajamas though, right?)
We’re so excited that the streaming service just announced its new titles for the month–all of which are ready for streaming and binge-watching soon:
New To Netflix April 2020
With movies like “Taxi Driver,” “Can’t Hardly Wait,” and “The Social Network,” the biggest question is simply: which to watch first? Let’s weigh the top options:
1. The Social Network
The Aaron Sorkin film from 2010 starring Jesse Eisenberg as Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg chronicles the social network’s dubious start. A particularly memorable bit part by Justin Timberlake and soundtrack by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross make it a winner.
2. Just Friends
Ryan Reynolds and Amy Smart lead this riotously funny rom com from 2005. If you haven’t seen this film–run, don’t walk, to your couch to click it in the Netflix interface.
3. Taxi Driver
You talkin’ to me? This Martin Scorsese masterpiece from 1976 starring Robert De Niro should be on everyone’s watch list.
4. Can’t Hardly Wait
Jennifer Love Hewitt’s icon status was established by this teenage comedy from 1998. Peak nineties? Check. Ethan Embry? Check. High school senior party? Check. It has everything.
