The winter holidays are just around the corner, and the new Starbucks 2022 holiday cups collection is on its way as well! The coffee chain has released details regarding its upcoming series of brand-new cold cups, hot coffee mugs, water bottles and more items that customers will start noticing at their local cafes in the near future.

What will the cups look like?
Several of the Venti-sized coffee tumblers, Good Housekeeping reports, feature “vivid, Christmas-themed jewel tones,” as well as “metallic finishes and intricate lace motifs.” (Expect a lot of bling, shine and sparkle from the products this year!)

The publication also notes that the collection will be almost 2 times as large as last year’s, and fans will find “classic jeweled bling cups, soft-touch jelly tumblers and even detailed color-changing cold cups.” In Starbucks’ detailed release, the company explained that as many as 25 different exciting merch options will be available for the colder season.

As seen from fans on social media who already obtained the new items, there will be two new metallic bling cups, that come in either magenta or gold. The venti-sized tumblers can be paired with miniature matching ornaments for those who celebrate Christmas. (So cute!)
Starbucks lovers can also get ready for more jeweled 24oz cold cups, with three ombré wave items, three color-changing cold cups and even a soft-touch tumbler in a ‘pink lace’ design as well.

When will they arrive in stores?
Most of the collection, according to rumored leaks online, will hit stores across the US starting November 3rd. Some fans across the nation (who have shared their findings all across social media) have already purchased the new items from stores, and seem to be loving the glistening, eye-catching cups!

Good Housekeeping adds that coffee lovers can remember from previous merchandise drops that new cups and mugs “tend to be available at Target first, with staggered waves of new items being released weekly over the course of the holidays.”

As for Starbucks’ beloved paper holiday cups, the outlet reports that the 2022 design is “expected to be revealed just days after Halloween wraps on October 31st.” Last year’s cup featured a motif composed of ribbon, wrapping paper and candy canes, so we can’t wait to see what illustration this winter will bring!
