Inflation has driven up the cost of nearly everything, making it more important than ever for us shoppers to get good deals where we can find them. I’ve been on a major hunt lately to find summer staples for less now that the season is officially in full swing, from swimsuits and towels for my kids, to Aldi’s $22 dupe of the bestselling Bogg beach bag. I’ve stocked up on bottles of $8 rosé wine from Trader Joe’s to bring to all those summer parties, discovered a $2 cold foam dupe so I never have to stop at Starbucks, and am now on the hunt for outdoor entertaining and furniture that won’t break the bank. I’m in my Budget Girl era, and luckily (if you look hard enough) there are deals to be found to make the most out of summer this year, from the clearance rack to deep on the internet. And I just found one such find!

I’ve had my eyes on a set of Pottery Barn rattan glassware for awhile. I just love the look of the natural rattan detailing, and it perfectly matches the rustic-yet-chic aesthetic I’ve been going for in my home. I recently gave my patio a refresh, and I think these trendy, lightweight glasses would be the perfect compliment to the new melamine plates and printed tablecloth I just found at Home Goods (sorry, no link). They look great on a bar set up, too, as interior designer Jennifer Castle displayed on her page (a lot of designers love the PB glasses).

Now I love Pottery Barn’s trendy rattan glassware set as much as the next girl, but at $14 a glass and $78 for the whole set, it’s out of my budget. I want to live my best life this summer without overspending and having to have “the talk” with my husband. Since I have to buy the actual alcohol to go in it, plus all the other serving items like plates and napkins, I want the PB glass look but just for much, much less. Here’s where good ole Target comes in, because they have a dupe of the bestselling glassware and it will set you back just $15 for the entire set–two glasses and a pitcher. Now that’s what I’m talking about!

And it’s no wonder that the Target community is going absolutely bonkers for the set online. After Amazon Finds girlie Kenzie Linn, aka “Trendy Kenziee,” posted about the set on her Instagram page, the comments section was on fire. “Found the cutest pitcher set from @target for only $15!” she posted on her page on May 15th. Her followers rushed to the comments to make note of their excitement over the affordable serving set, noting how “freaking cute” and “perfect for summer” the glasses are. “Very trendy!” wrote on user. “I’d use these all summer!!” chimed another.

Luckily, the glasses haven’t completely sold out yet (as Target finds often do).

Target's Pottery Barn Rattan Glasses Dupe

Yes, Target has a version of the glasses lined with a rattan exterior for 5x less than the Pottery Barn version. Some would even argue that the Target set it is cuter because it incorporates two colors in the rattan weaving - the natural color plus a really pretty mint color that's so on trend for 2024. The set is perfectly chic if you want to have a coordinated set for any reason--whether you're entertaining by the pool or on the patio, going on a picnic, or it could be a cute guest room idea. Plop the set on a tray you already own and its the perfect bedside table water glass set up for your guests.

The 2 Cups Woven Pitcher Set features three pieces, two cups and one "tumbler" with a lid. The material is plastic so it's perfect for outdoor entertaining. The rattan is also functional, it provides an anti-slip grip on the glass even in humid weather, aka you don't have to worry about spills. As noted above, they are pretty enough to make your bar cart or book shelf decor.

I love Target's affordable look-alike home decor finds, especially for the trendier items, because the quality is actually good at a fraction of the cost. By providing access to trendy and aesthetically-pleasing products at a fraction of the cost (typically under $50) stores like Target make it easy to "survive" in this economy and have a little fun doing it. These rattan glasses bring me joy and therefore I am going to buy them. Happy Hunting!
