Ingredients:
3 walnuts
1 tsp flaxseeds
1 cup soy milk
3 dates
How to Make it:
Soak the walnuts in water for an hour. Grind the flaxseeds in a dry mixer until they are powdered finely. Add in soaked walnuts, dates and soy milk and grind to a fine mixture.
