When trying to lose weight, it’s important to pay close attention to your diet–and eliminating foods that are full of empty calories and lack the nutrients needed to fill you up. However, it can be difficult to know which foods are doing you more harm than good.

With that in mind, keep reading for the one food nutritionists hate because it leads to instant weight gain!

White Bread

White bread is definitely one of the worst foods for weight loss, so avoiding it is a good idea.

White bread is made from refined grains--grains stripped of nutrients--which makes it an unhealthy part of any diet.
