Do you eat your dinner early enough to leave room for snack time while watching your favorite show at night? It turns out the snacks you munch on at nighttime often do more harm than good for your waistline, even if you believed those snacks were “healthy” for you.
Many foods wear a “healthy” mask when they’re actually not as healthy as you were led to believe. Many of these “healthy” snack alternatives to typical potato chips contain ingredients that can lead to fat gain and they don’t even have much more nutritional value than your ordinary snacks.
