Unfortunately, prices of just about everything are rising everywhere, from our favorite fast food restaurants to the grocery stores we rely on to stuck up on essentials. And although Trader Joe’s is often touted as one of the most reasonably priced stores around, we’re sad to stay that they’re no exception to the fact that inflation is impacting basically everything we spend our money on. Luckily, though, they do still have relatively low prices when compared to other stores—especially when it comes to a few essential items. Below, we’re rounding up some of the best products you can still get for a great price at TJ’s, from eggs to olive oil.

1. Eggs - $2.99

If you're like me, you go through eggs at lightning speed. And while we may have recovered from those record-high prices earlier this year, it's safe to say that this essential isn't the cheapest grocery item around. Luckily, Trader Joe's has a variety at a relatively low price. You can pick up a dozen Grade A large while eggs for $2.99. Not bad!

2. Spices - $1.99

If you frequently cook up tasty meals (Hello, hearty soups!) you probably know that spices aren't always cheap to stock up on. But at Trader Joe's, you can find many pantry staples for just $1.99. That's seriously a steal!

Plus, this grocery store is home to cult-favorite, quirky seasonings like Seasoning in a Pickle, and these don't cost much more than your plain old salt and pepper. They're definitely worth a try.

3. Fish - $9.99/lb

Protein is important—but adding meat to your cart can really rack up a large grocery bill. That's why I always get my salmon from Trader Joe's. It's available for $9.99 per pound. And canned fish is even cheaper! Plus, fish is loaded with healthy fats and other benefits that can do wonders for your heart health. It's a win-win all around.

4. Nuts - $4.99

Nuts are one of the tastiest snacks around, and they also offer incredible health benefits, which is why I always keep them stocked in my pantry. However, there's no denying that this nutritious food isn't cheap. But Trader Joe's does have some of the best prices around. You can stock up on 16oz of almonds, for example, for $4.99.

5. Olive Oil - $9.99

Olive oil is definitely a staple for anyone who cooks frequently (plus, it's good for you!). My household goes through this stuff fast, and some stores sell it for a staggering price. Not TJ's, though! When you shop at Trader Joe's, you can add a liter of this oil to your cart for just $9.99.

6. Bread - $1.99

Who could live without bread? Whether you like white, prefer to go the healthier route with whole wheat, or like to get fancy with some brioche action, Trader Joe's has an option for just about every preference—including a little something for those of us who love cheesy bread. The best part is that you can pick up a loaf for as low as $2.

7. Coffee - $14.99

I cannot get through the day without a cup (or two... or three) of coffee, so this is another essential that I go through very quickly. And while I love a good overpriced cold brew from time to time, I try to keep it as thrifty as possible when it comes to stocking my own coffee supply. That's why I rely on Trader Joe's, where I can buy a 28-oz can for $15. Thank you, caffeine gods!
