1. Peanut Butter Protein Granola
Whether you want to enjoy this granola all on its own or add it to your favorite yogurt, a delicious and nutrient-filled breakfast can be made in minutes! According to Trader Joe’s, this Peanut Butter Protein Granola costs $3.99 per bag and features “chunky, crunchy, cane sugar-sweetened rolled oat clusters, bound together with rich peanut butter and peanuts and pea protein” which ultimately amounts to “11 grams of protein per serving.” (We love starting off our day without any required cooking!)

2. Vegetable Fried Rice
Don’t have time to stir fry your favorite rice and veggies for lunch? You don’t have to! For $2.99 a bag, you can grab frozen vegetable fried rice from Trader Joe’s, which features “carrots, edamame, corn, green peas, leeks, and red bell pepper,” as noted on the TJ’s site. The rice is “seasoned with soy sauce, rice wine, as well as some sugar, onions, seaweed, salt, and sesame oil,” and only requires a quick heating up in the microwave as the rice has been cooked already. (No need for spending money on takeout with such a simple lunch option!)

3. Cheese Filled Fiocchetti With Pink Sauce
Another quick and scrumptious frozen meal from Trader Joe’s is their Cheese Filled Fiocchetti With Pink Sauce pasta, available for an unbeatable $3.99 per bag. This dinner idea, as TJ’s writes on their site, serves as an “all-in-one frozen pasta entrée that takes pouches of egg pasta, fills them with three kinds of Italian cheese, then smothers them in a luxurious, cream-and-tomato pink sauce.” The preparation is easy, of course, only requiring a dash of water or olive oil if heated on a stove top, or it’s also completely ready to go in your microwave, as is!

4. Vegan Banana Bread With Walnuts
If you want a healthy, no-bake dessert option that works for so many diets (and that also pairs great with coffee), look no further! A loaf of Vegan Banana Bread With Walnuts at Trader Joe’s is available for $4.99, and boasts a “sweet and soft-textured” baked treat, achieved “without the use of dairy or eggs,” TJ’s confirms. To enjoy a slice of banana bread after dinner, you can eat it as is or after heating it in your toaster oven for a delectable delicacy (while still gaining the benefits of both nutritious bananas and walnuts!)
