Target just announced their own version of Amazon Prime Day–& you’re about to save so much money!

The big box chain announced that it will have deal days on October 13th and 14th this year. We are so excited!

Along with Walmart, which announced a “Big Save” event running October 11th to 15th, Target is throwing it’s hat into the ring for the overlapping deal days with Amazon’s much-anticipated Prime Day.

These measures are not only to rival Amazon's Prime deals, but also to limit in-store crowds.

“This year, in a holiday season unlike any other, we know it’s more important than ever for our guests to get great deals in a convenient and safe shopping environment,” Christina Hennington, Target’s executive vice president and chief merchandising officer, said in a press release.

"We’re letting guests know they don’t need to wait or face the crowds to get the best deals, all with no membership fees required," she continued, making a dig at Prime's staggering $119 annual member fee.

The store has also stated that Black Friday-like pricing will last throughout November.

The chain also plans to extend its price match policy (yippee!) and there will be many deals in electronics, home goods, essentials, toys and more will be available for the two days.

If you recall, Amazon was forced to push back it's Prime Day even from July to October amid the global pandemic. I think we're the ones who will win big in this retail race--except to save *hundreds* of dollars this year!
