During the Kate Spade’s recent Friends & Family sale, I threw a pair of discounted ‘Broome Street’ Skinny Jeans into my shopping bag. I’m huge fan of Kate Spade’s handbags and accessories, but I typically don’t go for their clothing (cutesy dresses aren’t really my thing). The jeans were on sale and I figured I could always return them if they didn’t fit.
I was disappointed when I tried the jeans on…disappointed I didn’t buy them every color. They are–by far–the best jeans I’ve ever owned. The denim hugs me in all the right places, yet has perfect amount of stretch. They somehow make my non-existent butt look amazing. Plus, they didn’t need to be hemmed. Who knew that Kate Spade, queen of the girly dresses, even made denim? And who would have thought the jeans would be so awesome?
I’m not the only person who has had this reaction to the ‘Broome Street’ jeans. Almost every online reviewer raves about the fit and quality of Kate Spade’s denim. Right now the ‘Broome Street’ jeans are on sale in the colors ‘Gulabi’ ($79, down from $198) and ‘Jenkins Blue’ ($79, down from $198). I suggest getting them while they are on sale and trying them out for yourself. If you’re not a fan of colored denim, you can also get the classic ‘Indigo Wash” ($198) at Nordstrom. You’re welcome in advance.
