Yogurt Chicken Wrap for Weight Loss

The recipe starts with boiling and shredding chicken breast. In a pan, add chopped onions, the shredded chicken, all-purpose seasoning, the juice of one lime, chicken stock, and cheese. Mix that together, then take a tortilla wrap and fill it with the chicken mixture. Wrap it up and secure it with a toothpick to prevent the filling from leaking out. Place the wrap in an air fryer and cook for 8 minutes at 180°F.

To assemble your plate, add some chopped lettuce, the wraps, sliced tomatoes, and corn. In a small bowl, mix plain yogurt with garlic and herb seasoning, then drizzle it all over the plate.

This meal has about 450 calories, 42 grams of protein, and 10 grams of fat.
