Exciting news: Banana Republic is hopping on the collaboration bandwagon–and its first one is a good one. Chan Luu will design a 17-piece collection for the brand. And if you live in San Francisco, even better news: the goods will be available at Banana Republic’s first accessories-only store, Edition, on May 20, and will roll out online and in more stores in the U.S., Canada, and Japan on August 10. Check out the first photos, below, courtesy of Banana Republic. I may have to plan my trip to SF now:
The collection will feature Chan Luu’s signature wrap bracelets, of custom-dyed thread or leather with unique semi-precious stones, gold or sterling silver. The 17-piece collection of bracelets consists of four different styles in a range of colors, and will cost from $95 to $225.
Says Chan Luu, whose designs are loved by celebs like Kate Hudson, “It is such a pleasure for me to collaborate with Banana Republic, a classic brand whose timeless collections provide the perfect canvas for my own. What makes our partnership even more extraordinary is our shared belief in celebrating the power of personal expression.”
Shop Banana Republic now for their current jewelry while you wait and check out Chan Luu’s regular line of jewelry available now.
