Raising a teen under constant public scrutiny isn’t easy, and the Skims founder told host Alex Cooper that she hopes people will give her grace as she learns and grows through motherhood in the spotlight.
Kim said, "[North is] really mature in one sense, where she'll be like, 'Mom, I saw this, and I don't really care that they don't like... my blue hair or this or that. She's really confident and is like, 'I probably wouldn't be hanging out with those people.'"
Kim further asked for a “little bit of grace” and said, "I’m like, okay, we’re never wearing that again. Unfortunately, we made that mistake in front of the whole world," adding, "As a mom, you're kind of like learning at the same time."
