The mom of two wore a white sequin bra-style top that doubled as a crop top, complete with long fringe tassels that extended down to her waist. In an Instagram Story, she twirled in front of a mirror while filming the look. She paired the statement piece with jeans, a belly chain, and a white purse featuring a butterfly embellishment.

While the outfit put her figure front and center, some eagle-eyed fans speculated they noticed what could be an issue with her breast implants.
Users on Reddit quickly shared their reactions, with one writing, “Her lovely lady lumps are… lumpy? What’s going on here?” Another commented, “Why are her boobs lumpy? Didn’t she just get them done?” A third added, “I wonder if an implant ruptured.”
The 28-year-old didn’t publicly address her breast augmentation until 2023, when she revealed she had undergone the procedure at 19.
Last year on TikTok, a creator named Rachel Leary asked her about the specifics of her surgery, and Kylie responded directly in the comments, sharing: “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! Garth Fisher!!! hope this helps lol.”
Although she has since been open about her procedure and often embraces revealing styles, Kylie has also admitted to having some regrets.
“I wish I never got them done to begin with,” she said emotionally, adding that she would “recommend anyone thinking about it to wait until after children.”
