Sources have revealed that Reese Witherspoon isn’t quite ready to tie the knot with her billionaire partner, mostly due to the effects of her “difficult” divorce.

Reese Witherspoon Is Reportedly 'Very Happy' With Boyfriend Oliver Haarman
The Morning Show star doesn't often open up about her love life, being well-known for her acting roles as well as the projects she works on with her production company, Hello Sunshine.
However, any loyal fans of hers will know that since the summer of 2024, she's been in a somewhat quiet relationship with businessman Oliver Haarman, who is the director of Ocean Outdoor and Hunter Boot. From Germany, the 57-year-old businessman is reportedly a successful billionaire. They began seeing each other approximately a year after she split from her second husband of 12 years. In 2025, a source told People that Reese's "relationship with Oliver is very special to her, and that he's "not interested in the Hollywood spotlight," but is "there for her."
Now, an inside source has come forward to tell Star that she is still "very happy with Oliver."
Reese Allegedly Doesn't Want To 'Rush' Into Marriage
Though the successful pair seems to be in a very good place, going on nearly two years in a relationship, it doesn't necessarily mean the famous blonde performer is ready to lock into something as serious as another marriage.
The same insider told the above publication that although things are going well, she still intends to take her time, especially following her two divorces from Ryan Phillipe and Jim Toth, both of whom she shares children with, and described the divorce process from the latter marriage as "difficult."
"Reese is very happy with Oliver, but she's not interested in rushing into another marriage," the source said. "The younger version of Reese would likely have felt differently, but at this stage of her life, her priority is feeling content and fulfilled in the relationship. She doesn't need a piece of paper."
