Anne Hathaway is one of the stunning cover stars of the highly-anticipated Elle ‘Women in Hollywood’ issue – and it goes without saying: she looks absolutely breathtaking in not just the cover image, but every single editorial picture too!
The 39-year-old Locked Down actress is wearing a stunning Ralph Lauren Collection one shouldered black dress on the front cover, complete with a daring thigh-grazing front slit that looks equal parts chic as it does provocative. Her signature brunette locks are worn in a voluminous straight down do, while her makeup consists of a flawless, glowing base and a feminine pink lip.

Another one of our favorite images from the editorial shoot, photographed by Sharif Hamza and styled by Andrew Mukamal, sees the Oscar-winner wearing a fierce Alaïa trench coat – we wouldn’t be sad about the cold or wet weather if we had this to wrap up in – which was paired with Calzedonia tights and Alexandre Vauthier pumps.
There was a key monochrome color palette theme with the Serenity actress‘s photos, as in addition to some of the all-black outfits came a chic Dolce & Gabbana white shirt and shorts combo, captured expertly in a black and white photograph, which shows just how well the actress nails the shorts-in-fall fashion trend. Her outfit was accessorized with some small but fabulous Bulgari earrings.

Another breathtaking image sees the WeCrashed actress experiment with yet another silhouette courtesy of some Alexandre Vauthier pants, a waistcoat (with nothing else worn underneath – so racy!) and a jacket, finished off with some Bulgari earrings and a Bulgari cuff.
