Donald Trump Is 'Disappointed' Ivanka Won't Be Active In His Presidency
When Donald Trump announced that he would be running for president again in 2022, Ivanka also released a statement. "I love my father very much," she said. "This time around, I am choosing to prioritize my young children and the private life we are creating as a family. I do not plan to be involved in politics. While I will always love and support my father, going forward I will do so outside the political arena."
And while Ivanka has been living it up in Miami, Donald Trump is reportedly "devastated and saddened," according to NYC publicist R. Couri Hay. She continued, saying, "She was a secret weapon for the president." Ivanka was Trump's right-hand woman during his term as president, a role that leaves behind big shoes to fill.
