Forget the “quarantine 15”-Kelly Ripa is fitter than ever!
The age defying star just hit the gym for the first time since the pandemic, and all that time away isn’t slowing her down one bit. Nope, she’s killing it! On May 18, Kelly posted a mid-workout snap to her IG stories that showed her flaunting rock hard abs in a teeny-tiny sports bra.
OMG! The 50-year-old is pure fitness goals.

The snap shows Kelly working out in the gym with celebrity-loved fitness trainer, Anna Kaiser. The "Live! with Kelly and Ryan" host is seen lying on a block wearing ankle weights, and appears to be in the middle of a crunch. (Our core is tingling just looking at this, but whatever Kelly's doing, it's working!)
Kelly tagged Anna Kaiser studios, presumably crediting the personal trainer for her own incredibly sculpted abs. She captioned the pic, "Work in progress," although we feel she doesn't have much progress to make when it comes to having a bikini-ready bod.
This is all the fitspo we need for summer '21-and Anna seems to agree, because she included the post in her "Fitspo" highlights at the top of her IG page.
The mom-of-three has been working with Anna for the past 11 years, which explains her muscular curves. Recently on "Live! with Kelly and Ryan," Kelly admitted to not taking her at-home workouts as seriously, so after her first week back in the gym, she was "sore all over."
“I realized that a lot of the working out I’ve been doing, you know my online workouts, have been me watching more than actually doing it,” she said in the segment. “And then I sit down and then I grab the cereal box. And yesterday, I couldn’t do that because I was in a room with Anna.”
Kelly's in good company when it comes to the type of dance-based interval training she likes to do with Anna. The celebrity trainer also works with the likes of Shakira and Karlie Kloss-A.K.A some of the fittest girls in Hollywood.
