The former New England Patriots quarterback also explained his current fitness regime in the caption, adding: “Added some swimming into the workout routine this year… great muscle resistance and some aerobic cardio all at once. This morning’s circuit below.”
He went on: “4×100 free, 4×25 fast, 25 recovery, 2×200 free, 20x Weighted step up, 20x Heavy resistance band pushup, 10x Box Jump, Repeat x4. (All in the @nobull Drive Mesh.)”

Seems like the seven-time Super Bowl champ is still prioritizing his health and fitness right now. This time last year, one year after officially divorcing Gisele Bündchen, Brady explained that he was able to concentrate on losing weight due to retiring and being able to focus on his health.
"I haven't had the stress that I had while I was playing so that's allowed me to focus a little bit more on my physical health," he said at the time. "You could prioritize a lot of other things—career, kids, relationships, family, greater good, community—but at the end of the day, physical and mental health should sit at the top of the pyramid."
